Integrated M.S. and Ph.D. Student in Brain & Cognitive Sciences
Exploring the intersection of neuroscience, AI, and human cognition at Seoul National University (Connectome Lab). Currently a Visiting Student Research Collaborator at Princeton University in Hasson Lab.
I'm an Integrated M.S. and Ph.D. student in Brain and Cognitive Sciences at Seoul National University (Connectome Lab, advised by Prof. Jiook Cha), passionate about understanding the brain through the lens of artificial intelligence and computational neuroscience. My research focuses on EEG analysis, neuroimaging, and developing foundation models for brain signals.
I'm currently a Visiting Student Research Collaborator at Princeton University, working in Hasson Lab (Department of Psychology).
With a background in Life Science and Computer Science Engineering from POSTECH, I bridge biological understanding with computational methods to tackle challenging problems in neuroscience and psychiatry.

Trimodal foundation model aligning EEG brain signals, audio, and text into a shared representation space. Currently under review (author list anonymized for now).
Led a team project investigating the effect of imagination on auditory loudness perception. Organized the entire research process from experiment design to analysis, discovering reverse effects compared to the original study.
Developed a data-driven system to recommend vitamins based on dietary habits, height, and weight. Conducted comprehensive literature review on nutritional science and built analysis tools using R.
Completed comprehensive capstone project demonstrating data analysis skills including data cleaning, visualization, and deriving actionable insights.
